The Position
  
As a Sales Coordinator/Administrator you will be focusing on current and upcoming projects, liaising with clients within the commercial/residential building sector. The main area of focus will be directly targeting designers, builders, project managers and the end user. Working closely with a highly astute, flexible, and supportive Sales & Estimating Managers with a strong emphasis on collaboration. Company's history and DNA will be instilled in order to familiarise the business' project portfolio and ensure confidence when promoting the business in all settings.

Roles and Responsibilities.
  • Coordination of all sales and project goals
  • Conduct sales administration tasks
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date client and project history
  • Assist in the preparation of project samples
  • Prepare presentations
  • Administration support to the Sales team as required (inclusive of accurate and timely data and reporting requirements)
  • Assist the Sales team in delivering promotional opportunities
  • Diverse opportunity working inline with Sales, Estimating & Project delivery.   
About you:
  • Have minimum 1+ years’ experience as Sales Coordination/Administration 
  • Show a can-do attitude and be self-motivated 
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
