Safety Advisor - Civil Infrastructure | FIFO 2:1 Roster | Port Hedland
 
Safety Advisor required to join a major civil infrastructure project in the Pilbara, working on a long-term Rio Tinto project.
 
We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor with a strong background working for Australian head contractors and delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects in remote site environments.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who enjoys working in a project-based environment and wants to join a leading contractor delivering critical infrastructure across Western Australia.
 
The Role

• Provide HSE support and guidance across a major civil infrastructure project
• Drive safety performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with site teams, supervisors, and project leadership to promote a strong safety culture
• Conduct inspections, audits, investigations, and risk assessments
• Support the implementation of project safety systems and procedures

About You

• Previous experience as a Safety Advisor within Australian civil construction projects
• Proven experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor environment
• Experience delivering projects in remote site locations
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and construction safety practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with site teams and stakeholders

• $120,000 - $140,000 base salary + super (dependent on experience)
