Job description

My client is looking for experienced S26 accredited Supervisors to play a key role in delivering a range of projects, including earthworks, concrete works, dewatering, and HDPE scopes.

$90 - $95 Per Hour + Super (Paid Weekly)
2:1 Roster
12-hour workdays
Point of Hire - Perth
Ongoing pipeline of work
Immediate Start
Up to 5 months' work with the possibility of an extension

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project schedules and specifications.
Ensure full compliance with S26 statutory requirements, site safety standards, and relevant legislation, including conducting pre-starts, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel across key scopes such as earthworks, concrete, dewatering, and HDPE installation.
Monitor productivity, quality, and progress of works, identifying and resolving any issues to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting, including permits, safety records, and progress updates to senior management.

Requirements

Must have Section 26 Supervisor qualification (passed exam)
Proven experience supervising civil works on WA mine sites
Ideally have FMG, BHP or Pilbara Minerals inductions
Proven experience supervising crews on major mine sites, ideally across earthworks, concrete, dewatering, or HDPE scopes.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors effectively.
Ability to pass site medicals and drug & alcohol screening.
