We are currently seeking an experienced S26 Electrical Supervisor for upcoming shutdown works at BHP Whaleback.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified Electrical Supervisor with strong fixed plant mining experience to work across a range of general shutdown activities.
 
The Role

• Shutdown works across fixed plant mining equipment
• Electrical works involving Cat 6 and fibre upgrades
• Equipment including stacker reclaimers, balance machines and associated fixed plant
• Mix of day and night shifts
• 20% night shift loading
• Flights from Perth only
• Fly in AM and return PM
• 2 hours paid travel each way
• Project dates: 22 September - 3 October 2026
• $105ph + super, plus 20% night shift loading

Requirements

• Current S26 Electrical Supervisor appointment
• BHP WAIO inductions required to be considered
• Ideally already S26 appointed at BHP Whaleback
• Strong experience supervising electrical works across fixed plant and mining shutdowns
• Experience with fibre, Cat 6 and electrical upgrade works highly regarded

This is a short-term shutdown opportunity with the potential for further shutdown work for the right candidate.
