We are currently seeking experienced S26 Civil Supervisors for a number of upcoming and immediate-start opportunities across major WA mining and infrastructure projects.

These are excellent opportunities for experienced Civil Supervisors looking for FIFO work, competitive hourly rates and the potential for ongoing assignments.

• Variety of rosters depending on project requirements (2:1 and 3:1)

 
Project Overview

• Several Roy Hill Projects – Opportunities across levee construction, bulk earthworks and Tailings Booster Pump Station construction, covering civil, structural and associated works. 
• Kalgoorlie / Mt Ida Road Diversion – 4km road diversion project, supervising a small civil crew. FIFO Perth to Kalgoorlie with road travel to site.
• Rail experience – Candidates with rail experience will also be well aligned to upcoming projects.

 
Key Responsibilities 

As an S26 Civil Supervisor, your responsibilities may include:

• Supervising and coordinating civil construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to project specifications
• Managing daily site activities, priorities and resources
• Supervising bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage and associated civil works
• Reviewing and implementing construction methodologies, SWMS and JHAs
• Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
• Monitoring productivity, quality and project progress
• Coordinating plant, equipment, materials and labour requirements
• Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, HSE personnel and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with site safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Identifying and resolving construction issues on site
• Completing daily reports, documentation and progress updates
• Providing strong leadership and maintaining a positive safety culture

 
About You

• Current S26 Supervisor certification
• Required S26 examination and competencies
• 5+ years' experience in civil construction/supervision preferred
• Demonstrated experience supervising civil crews on mining or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and safety requirements
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively within a FIFO environment
• Current Australian working rights
• Ability to pass relevant site medical, drug & alcohol screening and inductions
