Market knowledge – a clear blue print
We have an established team of experienced consultants who have been working in the local Sydney market for in excess of 8 years. Individuals who join the business will be supported by a member of the senior management team and will receive a clear blue print of how to target your market with realistic goals. In addition we have a comprehensive database and invest heavily in advertising, e-marketing tools, linkedin and paid project databases. We also participate with industry bodies such as the Master Builders Association, (MBA), Property Council of Australia, Permanent Way Institute (PWI) and Civil Contractors Federation (CCF).

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience managing a small team of recruitment consultants or the desire to take on a leadership role.
- Previous experience recruiting for white collar professionals in an agency environment
- Ability to work autonomously
- A passion for business development and sales
