CGC Recruitment is a specialist built environment recruitment company based in Sydney and Brisbane. Over the last 8 years the business has grown to become an established player in providing recruitment services to some of Australia’s most prominent contractors, consultancies and design studios.
 
We have a clear organisational structure which allows our team to share knowledge and market information from design through to construction on some of Australia’s largest projects. This is a team leader position and will see you looking after a team of 2 consultants with a clear mandate to grow the business further across our industry sectors.

Market knowledge – a clear blue print
We have an established team of experienced consultants who have been working in the local Sydney market for in excess of 8 years. Individuals who join the business will be supported by a member of the senior management team and will receive a clear blue print of how to target your market with realistic goals. In addition we have a comprehensive database and invest heavily in advertising, e-marketing tools, linkedin and paid project databases. We also participate with industry bodies such as the Master Builders Association, (MBA), Property Council of Australia, Permanent Way Institute (PWI) and Civil Contractors Federation (CCF).

What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience managing a small team of recruitment consultants or the desire to take on a leadership role.
  • Previous experience recruiting for white collar professionals in an agency environment
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • A passion for business development and sales
We have an excellent presence within the engineering design and construction and infrastructure space and are looking to develop our presence further. You will be supported by the senior leadership team within the business and will be working to a clear business plan with defined targets and objectives.
