As a fast-growing consultancy, we have an immediate opportunity to join our specialist government team, based in the Sydney CBD.

Role requirements:
  • Sourcing for candidates, especially for bulk-recruitment
  • Formatting CVs
  • Administrative tasks associated with onboarding
  •  Reference Checks using Referoo
  • Police Checks using Fit2Work
  • Unique department onboarding forms, e.g. DOIS, Code of Conducts, 100 Points of Id
  • Following up on paperwork for placed contractors
Tasks and Duties:
  • Actively source for candidates for any live roles, utilising SEEK Premium, LinkedIn Projects, writing advertisements, creating talent pools/folders in JobAdder.
  • Phone screen and meet with candidates (depending on roles), assessing their suitability for the role
  • - Format CVs ensuring that the appropriate cover sheet for each department is attached
  • Present formatted CV, and submit to Fieldglass or Beeline once approved
  • Lodge reference checks via Referoo or over the phone and follow up to ensure completion.
  • - Lodge police checks via Fit2Work and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Follow up on with contractors on completion of onboarding forms e.g. DOIS forms, internal CGC Compliance forms, Code of Conducts
  • Contractor care – walk through and send out first day details, check ins on first day etc.
  • Other administrative tasks as required
