Job description

This National Multidisciplinary Contractor focus on the delivery of complex Utilities projects and have a proven track record delivering end to end engineering solutions built on quality and reputation. They have recently been awarded a major government funded D&C Pipeline project and as of such have engaged CGC Recruitment to source a Project Manager to lead the delivery of the project.

Reporting to the Project Director the role and will have full project responsibility which will include  development and control of budgets, reporting of project progress, technical and delivery strategies, risk, project schedules, deliverables, commercial and procurement arrangements. Direct reports will include, Project & Site Engineers, Supervisors and Commissioning Team. The role will involve be joining an established and tried and tested site delivery team but we are looking for driven individuals who can also add input and develop new ideas to ensure the safe delivery of the project. 

We are looking to speak to Project Managers with the following experience:

- Degree in Civil Engineering 
- At least 8 years civil construction experience 
- Prior experience working for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Civil Contractor self performing works 
- Ability to lead a team but also report up into a Project Director 
- Project delivery experience on Water Infrastructure projects from $50ml + 
- Prior experience delivering D&C projects would be an advantage 
- Must be an Australian permanent resident
