Established over 20 years ago in QLD this well established and award winning builder have gone from strength to strength and have grown to a size that is capable of delivering projects up to $70M in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

This well respected builder who have 3 offices in QLD have become a dominant force and should reach a T/O of nearly $300M this financial year. Due to multiple projects recently being secured they are looking to add a Project Manager to the team in Brisbane.

You will be initially looking after an $11M Industrial project and you will be located based out of their Brisbane office which is close to the Brisbane CBD.
 
The Project Manager this highly structured business is looking for will have:

• Proven experience with a known builder in Australia
• Show stability on their CV with previous employers
• Worked on projects up to $10M
• Have at least 5 years experience as a Project Manager
• Be well presented
• Able to maintain client relations
• Able to manage a large team
• Construction degree background
