This respected and well-known builder have been delivering projects across the commercial, industrial, retail and leisure sectors for some 30 years. Within these sectors they have earn't a reputation for quality and not comprising on price. They offer clients a true service through value engineering on projects, saving them both time and money on projects.
As a company they work within a variety of sectors but they originally a remedial builder. The projects range from small patching and painting jobs to residential fire, commercial fire, impact damage to buildings, structural repairs, office fit out in the CBD, structural retaining walls, Newsagents fit out, emergency works, D & C works and Asbestos removal jobs.
They have ambitious plans over the next 5 years to increase their turnover by 100% through repeat business and working on larger projects.
The Role – Project Manager
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the business to work as part of the well established insurance works division . You will be based in the head office (close to CBD) and your focus will be to make sure that projects are delivered on time and on budget. For the right person this has the potential to turn into a Construction Manager role with multiple Project Managers sat underneath them due to predicted growth plans.
What we are looking for in you:
- Around 5 years plus as a Project Manager
- Experience with recognised well-known builders
- Experience working in the insurance works/remedial works
- Stability on your CV
- Able to lead from the front
- Team Player
