This national civil contractor focus on the delivery of Road, Rail and Defense projects and are growing rapidly across the Eastern Sea board. They have currently waiting to be shortlisted on a number of projects both in the Road and Rail sectors and have identified a need for a consulting Project Manager to join the pre-contracts team on a sub consulting basis.

The role will report to the National Pre-Contracts Manager and the GM to involve providing strategic management to assist on the tender for a $150ml TMR project. The role will involve developing construction methodologies, identifying and negotiating sub-contract packages, leading workshops and client interfaces, providing input into traffic management plans and optimizing bid submission.
