An Upper North Shore based builder who work on high end residential class 1 and 2 projects up to $25m are looking to bring in a new project manager to join the team!
This builder has been operating for over 10 years and have won multiple awards delivering projects across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. They are a small knit team based out at Willoughby where you will be mainly working from and will be delivering your first project in Mosman.
The project is around $10m which consists of a large renovation and addition to the back of the property and you will be working alongside an experienced Site Manager, Leading Hand and Contracts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of Class 1 and Class 2 residential projects
- Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
- Drive programme, quality, and safety outcomes across multiple stages of construction
- Liaise with architects, consultants, clients, and internal management teams
- Conduct site meetings and maintain clear project communication
- Ensure projects are delivered to programme and budget expectations
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and presentation on site
- Use Procore for project management, RFIs, documentation, defect management, and reporting
- Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with all WHS requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience delivering high-end residential projects as Project Manager.
- Demonstrated experience delivering luxury homes valued around $10M or more
- Strong understanding of Class 1 and Class 2 construction
- Previous experience using Procore.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong eye for detail and quality finishes
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, trades, and consultants
- Current White Card and valid driver’s licence
