Job description
Project Management opportunity with known and established Commercial Fit out and Refurbishment business operating across SE QLD, and Australia - with projects typically to $2m
You will be shadowing a Senior PM - assisting with budgetary responsibilities, managing variations, client liaisons, on-site meetings, and effective management of each individual job.
Ideal candidate specification:
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or equivalent
- Background in Contracts Administration / Contracts Management / Project Administration
- Fully conversant with QLD building codes and regulations
- Background working with another well known construction, fit out and refurbishment business
- Good track record on projects, in terms of productivity, cost management and site operations
- Exceptional Planning, and documentation skills
