Project Manager - Fit Out & New Build Projects with

The Company:

Now in their 5th year this fun energetic & well-run builder focus on interior fit out & high end residential projects generally between $200k and $4m.
By being agile and in their set up and allowing their Projects Managers to be autonomous you’ll be able to deliver projects to maintain a healthy margin which projects bonuses are paid on.

The Role:

With excellent sub-contractor relationships who deliver quality work on time and with little defects you, as the Project Manager can trust projects are delivered to design spec. This has also seen the company pick up repeat business with client and gain many excellent referrals.
It's due to this continued success that we are actively looking for a Project Manager who can price, administrator and run projects up to two concurrently. Projects include, Medical, commercial and high end residential projects from $100k to $4m

Your Background:

Ideally, we are looking for a Project Engineer or Contract Administrator who is fed up of the red tape and bureaucracy of a larger tier two and wants the freedom to run projects themselves and get paid a project bonus for every project delivered.
You must have good computer skills and, have strong communication skills with the ability to work for a small busy builder under your own self esteem.

You could be working from home / remotely or based out of their new office in Paddington, either way you will be given the freedom to do your work as you see fit.
