A builder who have been established for over 20 years who operate in NSW, Victoria and QLD are known for delivering Commercial and health projects from a value of $1M to $50M.
  
The company has two divisions which consists of a construction arm and a fit out and refurbishment arm, they are one of the main players in the fit out sector where their refurbishments can be as large as $20M.

Their Brisbane office is experiencing a large number of projects coming through which is forcing them to grow their team and are in need of a Project Manager who has a commercial/health background & experience delivering projects in the fit out and new build sectors.

As a Project Manager You will be joining a builder who has an annual T/O of over $700M and have one of the best staff retention rates in the industry. They will see this is a long term appointment, showing stability on your CV is essential.

The project you initially deliver will determine on the timing of the appointment, they are looking for an individual who has proven experience with a well-known contractor who deliver projects in the same sector.

To be successful for this role of Project manager you will need:

• A completed Construction Management degree
• Experience with a well-known builder
• A strong Commercial, mixed construction and fit out is prefered
• Able to manage and lead a team
• A minimum of 5 year’s experience as a Project Manager
• Good communicator
• Ability to maintain client relationships
• Ability to multitask
