CGC Brisbane, looking for a Project Manager - to carry out several new build, refurbishment and complex small construction projects, mainly in the Retail sector.

We need someone with experience delivering on projects to circa $10m, for example Service Stations, Supermarkets, and fast food chains

The role has been newly created, as part of the next step towards positive growth in their Queensland office.

The company are a very successful National Business and contracted with some very well known business brands and retail chains, offering a high level of repeat business and job security.

The Project Manager will be driving from the front, managing their own allocated sites, budgets, time frames and ensuring every client has the quality and standards they require.  

Business development is also key, in attracting new work and clients to the organisation.

Ideal candidate specification:

- Ideally Degree qualified in Construction Management or equivalent

- Background in Building Site supervision, including structures & finishing
- Carpentry & Trades would certainly be an advantage

- Familiar with QLD building codes and regulations

- Background with another well known small to mid sized builder or fit out and refurbishment business in QLD

- Excellent man management skills

- Exceptional Planning, and documentation skills
