The Company

Our client is a growing mid-tier builder that has more than doubled over the last two years, turning over in the vicinity of $400M last F/Y. Having gained a name for themselves delivering residential projects they have now successfully moved into commercial fitout.

The fitout department is headed up by a Construction Manager that has over 15 years’ experience in the Sydney market and boasts a successful career with a well-known and respected Sydney builder.

The Position

Working closely with the Construction Manager and Senior Management team you will be responsible for the construction and management of between 1-3 fitout projects concurrently in accordance with Client requirements, contractual requirements and specifications.

This will include

• Ensure that Clients expectations in terms of project quality, timing and budget are delivered.
• Lead, organise and provide direction for personnel to ensure superior performance is achieved. Ensure that project outcomes and corporate objectives are achieved

You will have completed relevant qualifications within construction management and ideally have been trained as a Contract Administrator.

Salary will be in line with expectations in the mid-tier market.
