We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing luxury retail and commercial fitout business delivering high-end projects across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Manage project budgets, programmes and variations
• Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Monitor project progress, quality and delivery
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify and resolve project issues as they arise

  
About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fitout, retail, construction or a related environment
• Strong understanding of project management processes
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, budgets and programmes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Client-focused with a professional approach
• Relevant construction/project management qualifications would be advantageous
