Established national contractor with a strong presence in the Sydney market, delivering complex fitout, refurbishment and construction projects across commercial, health, education and government sectors valued up to $5oM

What you’ll do

• Lead the pre construction and delivery of complex health  and commercial fitout projects from inception through to handover.
• Drive project performance – managing programme, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead, mentor, and support your project team to deliver successful outcomes.
• Champion safety, compliance, and innovation on site.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Exposure delivering fitout or refurbishment projects $10M+.
• Strong commercial acumen and have begun career as a contract administrator
• Strong contractual knowledge with the ability to navigate and resolve contractual matters effectively
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
• A solutions-focused, collaborative mindset.
