An established commercial builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex construction projects is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join its Sydney team.

Operating across commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and public infrastructure, this contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging new build, refurbishment, and fit out projects, many within live operational environments.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple commercial construction projects, including:

• Managing project budgets, programmes and commercial outcomes
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and client stakeholders
• Driving procurement, contract administration and project reporting
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
• Leading project teams from pre-construction through to completion

About You

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• 8+ years' experience delivering commercial construction projects with a head contractor
• Proven experience across new build, refurbishment and fit out projects
• Experience working within live operational environments is highly regarded
• Strong commercial acumen, communication and leadership skills
