Unlike many builders operating in highly competitive lump-sum environments, projects are delivered under a collaborative cost-plus model, allowing teams to focus on achieving the best project outcome rather than protecting margins or fighting variations.

- Work closely with site and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle
You will ideally possess:
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager
- Education, science or research facility projects
- Strong design management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial acumen and procurement experience
- A collaborative leadership style
- A passion for delivering high-quality projects
- Involvement in projects from ECI through to completion
- Collaborative cost-plus delivery model
- No adversarial subcontractor environment
