You'll become involved during the (ECI) phase, working alongside clients and consultants to help shape projects before construction begins.
  
Taking ownership from approximately 80% design completion through to project delivery, you'll have genuine influence over design outcomes, procurement strategies and delivery methodologies.

As Project Manager, you will

• Lead projects from ECI through to completion valued from $5M  -$10M
• Manage consultant coordination and final design development
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor engagement
• Drive programme, cost, quality and risk management
• Maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships
• Work closely with site and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle

Projects typically involve complex services coordination, specialist installations and technically demanding environments that require strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
  
You will ideally possess:

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager
• Education, science or research facility projects
• Strong design management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercial acumen and procurement experience
• A collaborative leadership style
• A passion for delivering high-quality projects
