Reputable builder delivering high-end workplace and commercial fit out projects across the Sydney CBD. With a strong pipeline of secured works and private investment backing, this business continues to expand while maintaining a collaborative, non-cutthroat culture that genuinely values its people.

Reporting directly to the Head of Construction NSW, a highly respected and well-connected leader within the industry, this is an opportunity to join a business where you will be supported, trusted, and given the platform to progress into a Senior Project Manager position over time.

This role will see you managing complex fit out projects valued between $2M–$20M within live environments. The business has an established design and pre-construction division, allowing Project Managers to focus purely on the delivery phase rather than managing projects end-to-end.

Unlike many builders in the market, workloads are realistic, with Project Managers typically overseeing no more than two projects at any one time. Flexibility is also offered, including one day per week working from home, with all projects and the office being centrally located in the CBD.

The Role
  • Deliver high-end corporate and commercial fit out projects across the Sydney CBD
  • Manage projects through the construction and delivery stages
  • Work closely with blue-chip corporate and technology clients
  • Lead site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholder coordination
  • Report directly into the Head of Construction NSW
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget

Ideal Background
  • 5–10 years’ construction industry experience
  • Previous experience delivering commercial or corporate fit out projects
  • Experience working within live environments is highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar is highly desired
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project outcomes
