An established contractor delivering civil infrastructure packages across Western Australia's mining and resources sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major project scopes for tier-one clients. With a strong forward workload and long-term secured projects, this role offers stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across technically challenging environments.
 
You'll take ownership of delivery across packages including HDPE pipework, dewatering infrastructure, concrete works, and bulk earthworks, working closely with senior leadership and site teams to ensure safe, compliant, and commercially successful outcomes.
 
The Opportunity

• Lead delivery of civil construction packages for tier-one mining clients
• Manage multidisciplinary site teams across FIFO project environments
• Oversee planning, programming, budgeting, and commercial performance
• Drive strong safety and environmental outcomes across complex scopes
• Maintain client relationships and stakeholder engagement at project level
• Contribute to continuous improvement across systems and delivery practices

 
What You'll Bring
 

• Extensive experience delivering civil construction projects in WA's mining & resources sector
• Proven background working with main contractors on large-scale resource projects
• Demonstrated delivery across scopes such as HDPE pipelines, dewatering systems, concrete structures, and earthworks
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability
• Effective leadership across supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
• Full Australian working rights (essential)
