An established traditional Earthworks contractor are seeking an additional Project Manager, to oversee the current work portfolio of both large and complex projects, but also assist with further business development and growth within the organisation.  You will cement, develop and enhance existing client relationships.

The business have a modern plant fleet, and a good sold market presence across QLD and NSW during this very busy period in their growth.

Projects can be across rail, roads, commercial, industrial and other key infrastructure projects.

Duties and responsibilities: 

- Day to day project management of bulk earthworks & civil projects 

- Reporting directly to the General Manager

- You will be supported by a team of Administrators, Estimators, and experienced site staff / operators

- Ongoing Site presence for both clients and contractors

- Project budgeting and cash flow analysis

Ideal candidate

- Degree qualified or equivalent in Construction, Project Management or Civil Engineering

- Background an experience with a known bulk earthworks contractor in QLD / Australia

- Experience with man management, site & projects supervision, and overseeing various subcontractors

- Able to perform detailed projects budgeting and planning 

- Presentable, professional and an excellent communicator
