About the Role – Project Manager
You will join an established team of Project Managers specifically working on fit out and refurbishment projects, you will be a crucial member of the team responsible for managing multiple projects from pre-construction stage to handover. You will be required to manage tenders, contracts and subcontractor negotiations as well as generating construction programs with specific details surrounding quality, safety, time-frames and profitability. You will play a role in the performance monitoring and development of your project team, including necessary mentoring.

Skills and Experience
- A completed Construction/Building degree, diploma or come from a trade background
- Must have experience working with a recognised builder on similar projects
- Strong project management experience within fit out and refurbishment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team and manage performance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Ability to manage high pressure situations in a fast paced environment
