The Position

As Project Manager, you will manage the procurement process, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with your site team and drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion. You will also manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, designers and internal staff.

Ideal background

• Construction Management degree or related and experiencing delivering multistorey residential projects in excess of $70M
• Understanding of the complexities of working on an inner-city site.
• Be well presented, have good communication and be looking for a long-term career opportunity
• And be someone who takes ownership of their work,is thorough and operates with integrity
