They have earned an excellent reputation for being able to deliver projects successfully through collaborative contracting and smart procurement at the same time respecting subcontractor and client relations. They currently have offices in every state of Australia and their QLD operation is currently very busy.
 
The Role – Project Manager
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the business to initially manage a $15M refurbishment. They deliver a mixture of fit out/refurb and new build projects so experience in both sectors is preferred. You will be based between head office (close to CBD) and site where the location will vary.
 
What we are looking for in you:

• Around 5 years plus as a Project Manager
• Experience with recognised well known builders
• Refurb or newbuild experience will be considered
• Stability on your CV
• Able to lead from the front
• Team Player
