The role – Project Manager (Gold Coast)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a major player in the Australian builder market and join their Gold Coast team. You will be office based which is located at the north end of the Gold Coast. Your first project will start in early March, but there is an initial design faze. The project is a $18M project at the local university.

This is a long term career move with a builder that already have a great name who are growing in QLD.
  
They are looking for someone who has

• Have a completed degree in Construction Management
• Experience on projects of $15M plus
• 6 years plus experience as a Project Manager
• Experience with a Tier 2 builder 
• Stability on your CV is a must
• Strong commercial/retail/health background is preferred
• Experience with a well known mid-tier builder
• Be well presented and keen to progress in your career
• Must be a team player
