The Role 

You will play a key role in the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects, working closely with experienced project teams throughout all stages of delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating project delivery across key construction packages.
• Managing subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Assisting with procurement, contract administration and subcontractor management.
• Driving construction planning, sequencing and methodology.
• Monitoring programme, cost and quality outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental systems.
• Supporting the project team to achieve successful commercial and operational outcomes.

About You

• 3–8 years' experience with a commercial building head contractor.
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects.
• Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
• A genuine desire to develop your career within a leading Tier 1 contractor.
