Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, construction and handover.
• Oversee contracts, variations, cost management and risk control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear, timely reporting to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and regulatory standards across all projects.
• Conduct site visits across ACT & NSW to support delivery, manage issues and engage stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and site staff, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

  
What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience delivering construction, civil or fit-out/refurbishment projects.
• Strong contract administration, programming and cost control skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across ACT & NSW.
