Job description

Our client are a specialist rail contractor who are at the forefront of delivery of the infrastructure boom in NSW and have recently been awarded a number of major infrastructure projects. As of such they are in urgent need of specialist contract staff to assist in the delivery of projects to ensure deadlines, quality and commercials are met.

An immediate requirement has been identified on one of their flagship projects in NSW for a Project Engineer to join the project during a critical stage of construction on a contract basis. Reporting into the Project Manager on a day to day basis you will be expected lead engineering on site and be responsible the preparation of project plans & schedules, the estimation of plant, materials & labour undertake 3rd party verification of constructed works. In addition to this you will be responsible for preparation of project management documentation and managing of work-site OH&S.

This role is an initial 3 month contract to the duration of the project so applicants should be available to both interview and start immediately. We are keen to speak to Engineers with 3+ years experience in the delivery of civil infrastructure projects
