Project Engineer – Data Centre Project Contract | ASAP Start | Top Tier Builder | Major Data Centre Project
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Engineer to join a top-tier builder on a major Data Centre project.
The project is in the early stages of delivery, giving you the opportunity to get involved from the outset and play a key role in the successful delivery of the project.
The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for supporting the technical and commercial delivery of the project.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day project delivery
• Managing technical documentation, RFIs and design coordination
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management
• Managing project schedules and tracking deliverables
• Assisting with variations, progress claims and commercial matters
• Ensuring quality, safety and project requirements are maintained
• Working closely with site and design teams to resolve project issues

About You We are looking for a Project Engineer with strong commercial construction experience, ideally with exposure to Data Centres, Industrial, Infrastructure or other technically complex projects.
You will ideally have:

• Relevant Engineering or Construction qualification
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 / Top Tier builder
• Strong technical and project coordination skills
• Experience working on projects from early stages through to delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work autonomously while being part of a high-performing project team
