With an exceptional track record of delivering Aged Care, Health, Residential and Commercial Projects up to c. $100m in value, this business has a very loyal client base who seem to constantly return with repeat business. In fact, traditionally, this company hasn't had to get involved in the open tender market! 

The position is a dynamic one, with this role being accountable for the mentorship and management of the existing Project Managers and Administration staff. Being responsible for the management and development of exciting Clients. Identifying buoyant market sectors and Developing Business into them as well as managing a Project or two.

The rewards and exceptional. You will receive a very generous salary, coupled with a share of the company profits...and any projects you bring into the company, you will receive 20% of the profit made after completion. This is your chance to grow and develop a business!

Who we are looking for:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification.
• Extensive Project Management Consultancy experience.
• You must have very strong technical building knowledge (ideally worked for a Builder before).
• Have a very good local network, and the ability to business develop.
• Previous people management experience.
