About the Role
With a new development at Design Approval Stage an opportunity has arisen for a Project Director with a strong background in townhouse construction to lead the project on the Gold Coast. 

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in construction will be highly regarded.
• Preferred candidate will have experience both of the client and contractor side.
• Demonstrated portfolio of large scale townhouse development.
• Previous involvement in greenfield residential site.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Experience managing a project across its full lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, timeframes and keeping variations to a minimum.
