CGC Recruitment are delighted to be working as the sole Agent, alongside this International Tier 1 Consultancy, assisting them with the search for an Project Director to take the lead on a major, high profile, commercial high-rise project.

The position will be focused on the delivery aspect of the project, managing the head contractor and client from the planning phase to handover.

• A Project Manager with experience delivering large scale commercial projects.
• We are considering people from both a Building Contractor and a Consultancy / Project Management background.
• Exceptional communication, personnel and project management skills.
• A tertiary Qualification (relevant).
