About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Coordinator to join the team and support experienced Project Managers in delivering high-end residential joinery projects from concept through to completion.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in bespoke cabinetmaking or residential joinery who is looking to step into (or further develop within) a project coordination position.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with the coordination of multiple residential joinery projects
  • Interpret and work from detailed shop drawings and technical plans
  • Liaise with internal teams including design, production, and installation
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Communicate with clients, architects, and builders where required
  • Support procurement and ordering of materials and hardware
  • Ensure all works align with project specifications and timelines
  
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in high-end / bespoke cabinetmaking or joinery
  • Proven background working within the bespoke residential sector
  • Ability to confidently read and interpret shop drawings (essential)
  • Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing and installation processes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations
