Established in Sydney over 50 years ago this award-winning builder have gone from strength to strength and built a solid reputation for delivering projects to the highest quality. The majority of their work is from repeat business and negotiated tenders so growth it steady and consistent which enable good staff retention within the team
  
hey are known for delivering projects from $30M to $100M but their niche is around the $30M to $50M mark. They operate in health, education and age care sectors but are also known for taking on projects in challenging and technical sectors which is sometimes outside of their comfort zone, they do this so that their employees are constantly learning new skills.
  
The Position:
  
Due to several projects kicking off within health and education sectors we are assisting with the recruitment of a Project Coordinator / Site Engineer to work with an established site team. Ideally we are looking at construction management graduates that have between 2-4 experience. Salary will depend on experience but will be in line with market trends ($90K - $110K)
  
This position will be based on site and will include a combination of contracts administration and site engineering duties and will support the site and project manager on a day to day basis.

Ideal background
  • Construction Management or related degree and min 2 years’ experience
  • Strong administration experience working with tier one or two builders
  • Experience working on commercial projects advantageous
