Project Controls Manager - Major Infrastructure (Defence Projects)

�� $170,000 - $210,000 + super (dependent on experience)
 
An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Controls Manager to join a high-performing project delivery team working across major Defence infrastructure projects in Western Australia. This role will play a key part in ensuring robust cost, schedule, forecasting, and reporting controls across complex, large-scale works.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project controls across major Defence infrastructure projects
  • Develop and maintain integrated cost and schedule frameworks
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Support project delivery teams with commercial and planning insights
  • Ensure compliance with Defence project governance requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in controls systems and processes
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in project controls / cost / planning roles on major infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and forecasting
  • Experience within Defence, construction, or complex infrastructure environments highly regarded
  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (essential)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance (essential)
  • Must hold valid Australian work rights
