About the Company
This Brisbane based civil contractor requires experienced Pipelayers to join their busy Utilities Infrastructure team. They are currently working on some of the major network, pipeline, irrigation and water supply projects across QLD. The company is renowned as a specialist contractor in the delivery of major utility infrastructure developments.
  
About the Role 

• Reporting to pipelaying Foreman
• Working alongside the pipelaying team to complete construction of water and waste water infrastructure
• Construction of sewer pump stations
• Gravity mains
• Pressure pipework

 
Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in laying pipework including grade sewers and water mains
• Experience repairing existing pipework
• Pit building and general concrete skills
• Pipe laying ticket
• Welding tickets – butt and EF (desirable)
• Quick cut training (desirable)
• Construction white card
• Driving Licence
• Plant tickets – skidsteer (desirable)
• First Aid, confined spaces, working at height and asbestos tickets (desirable)
• Rigger dogman and spotter tickets (desirable)
