Job description

CGC are recruiting for a Team Assistant on behalf of a tier 1 contractor, based in Sydney CBD. 
 
Key responsibilities of the role include;
  • Formatting Word documents 
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Conducting market research
  • Distributing documentation and information internally
  • Providing general administration assistance 
 
To be considered for this role, you will; 
  • Have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, covering all aspects of office support including accounts and administration support
  • Come with intermediate-advacned MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
