Blaster/Painters & S26 Associated Supervisors -
FIFO | Tier 1 Contractor | July Start
 
We are currently seeking highly experienced Blaster/Painters and S26 Supervisors for a Tier 1 project mobilising 1st July. This is a short-term, high-value campaign delivering critical works for one of WA's most respected industrial contractors.
 
The successful candidates will join a business known for consistently delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard. This contractor has a strong reputation across the mining and resources sector for workforce stability, quality execution, and repeat project wins.

  • Blaster/Painters
  • S26 Supervisors (Blasting and Painting)
Scope of Work
  • Surface preparation and abrasive blasting to specification
  • Application of industrial coatings and protective systems
  • Inspection and QA/QC compliance with project standards
  • Execution of works in line with strict safety and environmental controls
  • Supervisory oversight of crews, productivity, and daily planning (S26)
  • Coordination with site teams, client representatives, and management (S26)
  • Driving safety culture, adherence to procedures, and project delivery targets
About You
  • Proven background in industrial blasting and painting within mining or heavy industry
  • Strong understanding of coating systems, specifications, and preparation standards
  • Current industry tickets relevant to site requirements
  • Supervisors must hold S26 certification and demonstrated leadership experience
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to perform in high-expectation environments
