Due to recent contract wins and a very strong pipeline of sites coming on board a privately owned provider of residential building management are looking to appoint an operations manager to lead a team of building managers across their portfolio.
Reporting into a general operations manager, you will be responsible for all day to day queries from the team, covering sick and annual leave, dealing with clients (strata, executive committees, developers) to solve any issues that arise.
This is a role that is heavily targeted towards contract retention and ensuring that services are consistently delivered across the portfolio. You will also be responsible for making sure that O&M manuals for each site are up to date, and accessible. Equally you will be responsible for driving best practise across the portfolio, and sharing examples where things have been done well with other staff.
To be successful in this role you will have lead multi site teams across a mixed portfolio within the residential sector. Perhaps in an assistant operations manager role looking to take that step up.
