Job description

A global provider of outsourced property and facilities management services are seeking an experienced retail facilities management professional to join a large team at a regional shopping centre.

Reporting into a senior operations manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of all contractors across both hard and soft services, as well as an internal team of trades, a maintenance supervisor and a facilities coordinator. You will be the primary point of contact for all day to day issues on the site, including carrying out spot checks, site inspections/walk rounds and regular meetings with contractors across KPI and SLA performance. 

To be successful in this role you will have a number of years experience within the facilities management sector. Retail shopping centre experience is advantageous but not a prerequisite. You will have lead large teams across both hard and soft services and will have extensive contractor management experience, and ideally been involved in procurement of services.
