About the role

Due to restructure an opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join and support the existing team.  Where you will work closely with the greater team and board of directors to implement strategies within the market as well as building relationships, oversee projects and manage tender and contract processes.
  
Skills and experience

• Experience in/or around earthmoving equipment is necessary
• Exposure to Budget and P&L Management
• Sales experience in the construction/civil industry
• Knowledge of compliance codes in earthmoving 
• Networking experience and contacts in the civil construction sector
• Experience with tenders and managing projects up to $100k
