Summary

Our clients is fast growing Plumbing Contractor based in Lidcombe. With great opportunity ahead of them, the organisation is wining various contracts and requires an enthusiastic and driven candidate to join the team! 
 
The Role

As an Office Manager / Accounts you will be supporting the team with various accounts and administrative tasks. The role requires a highly organised candidate who has worked within the construction industry and has the experience in Accounts and Office Management. 

Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
  • Managing the day to day running of the office 
  • Payroll function 
  • Accounts Payable 
  • Accounts Receivable 
  • Invoicing 
  • Claims 
  • Managing ISO Administration 
  • Ad-hoc duties when necessary 

What we are Looking for: 
  • Experience using MYOB is essential 
  • Experience in Accounts - AP/AR/Payroll/Invoicing 
  • Experience in Construction and Engineering Industry
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel
