CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction, engineering, property and design space.  

The Company:

A well established luxury Property Developer in Sydney's CBD near Central Station are needing a corporate office coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. This is due to growth and expansion of the office. The role will ideally start ASAP prior to the Chrissy break.

The role:
To provide coordination and administrative support, under the direction of the Head of People, Culture & Workplace ensuring the level of service and performance of the company’s head office and meeting requirements are in line with the organisation’s standards for business support and office coordination.
  • High level Office Admin working closely with the EAs and other administators
  • Assisting with office and kitchen stock supplies
  • IT support
  • Maintain database
  • HR support
  • Provide reception cover for lunchtime and when directed by Head of People, Culture & Workplace.
Skills and experience: 
  • 4 years' minimum in an office support or coodination role.
  • Experience in property, construction, architecture or related industry preferred.
  • Related tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous presentation, client focused, and friendly disposition.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Flexible and able to adjust assignments to manage priorities.
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks with the highest attention to detail.
  • Advanced capability in cloud-based business applications and systems.
  • Advanced level MS office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Real estate administration experience would be highly valued, but not essential.
Progression is provided towards the office management or EA/PA pathways.
