Based in Sydney CBD, our client is a highly regarded and rapidly growing Engineering Design Consultancy with a fantastic reputation in the market. They are active in 3 states and also in the UK. 

An Office Assistant position has been opened to support the going ons within their growing Sydney office. The company is seeking a friendly, motivated and organised individual.
  
The role:
  • Setting up project files
  • Filing 
  • Photocopying/Scanning/Binding
  • Maintaining office tidiness
  • Assist with typing/preparation of documentation as required
  • General administration support and office duties as directed
  • Relief reception
The successful applicant will have:
  • A positive and confident personality 
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Professional phone manner
  • The ability to work autonomously and as a team
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
