An Office Assistant position has been opened to support the going ons within their growing Sydney office. The company is seeking a friendly, motivated and organised individual.
- Setting up project files
- Maintaining office tidiness
- Assist with typing/preparation of documentation as required
- General administration support and office duties as directed
- Relief reception
- A positive and confident personality
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Professional phone manner
- The ability to work autonomously and as a team
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
