The Company: 

Design-led practice delivering local and international projects within the disciplines of architecture, interior design and master planning.

The role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and mature Office All Rounder who is looking to build their career with a growing Architectural and design practice. 

Your roles and responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
  • Providing administrative support for the day-to-day running of the studio
  • Assisting the two Architectural Directors of the studio
  • Managing the Reception desk 
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Switchboard management
  • Diary management
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Kitchen duties
  • Data input of projects and cashflow
  • Bookkeeping duties (HR and finance is outsourced)
  • Ad-hoc duties 
To be successful you must possess the following:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to the design or construction industry beneficial
  • Minimum 3 years experience in administration 
  • Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Short notice period
