Night Shift Civil Supervisor - Earthworks, Piling & Anchoring | ASAP Start
 
Our client, a leading civil infrastructure contractor, is seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join a major civil package in Sydney. This is an ASAP start on an initial 4-week assignment, with strong potential for extension and a permanent opportunity for the right person. The broader program of works runs for 14 months, with our client also delivering multiple other Sydney-based projects offering ongoing work beyond this initial package.
 
The Role:

• Supervise night shift crews across earthworks, piling and anchoring activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and plant operators to ensure works are delivered safely and to program
• Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with project HSEQ requirements
• Liaise with the day shift supervision team to maintain continuity across the works
• Monitor productivity, quality and progress against program
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily safety checks

About You:

• Proven supervisory experience on civil infrastructure projects, ideally with earthworks, piling and/or anchoring exposure
• Comfortable leading night shift crews and managing competing priorities under time pressure
• Strong safety leadership and communication skills
• Relevant tickets/certifications 
• Immediately available or on short notice
