Job description

We are a specialist Construction and Engineering recruitment company, based in Sydney CBD.

  • Managing social media and developing marketing strategies 
  • Research market environment, review local competition, and perform market analysis
  • Analyse data from social media platforms and job boards
  • Tracking campaign and analyse the process
  • Plan communication methods, logistics, and timing
  • Manage CGC corporate social responsibility and coordinating events
  • EDM management, managing applications and external communications
  • Content producer, creating, building and publishing content
  • Cultivating leads and sales
  • Other ad hoc tasks, as required – such as maintaining promotion materials and managing databases
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate not only in person, but also in your CV the following:
  • Experience in Marketing Coordination and Social Media Management 
  • Experience marketing and growing a company profile
  • Well versed in the Marketing Management process
  • Local marketing experience
  • Relevant product knowledge
  • Industry experience, in either recruitment or design/construction/engineering, is preferred.
This role can be either a part-time or full-time position, with flexible working arrangements - offering a sought for work/life balance.
